How long are the events?

The Health Fair, Pamper Me Day and Massage Days are generally 2 hours although it can be shorter or longer depending on the needs of the company or organization we are working for. The Lunch and Learn is usually one hour.
Many companies hold the events over the 12pm – 2pm lunch hour period but we can do the events any time during the work day that works best for your employees.

What is my company or organization’s responsibility in putting on the event and ensuring it is successful?

For the most part you give us a date 6- 8 weeks or more in advance, a space to set-up and we do the rest.  We only ask your cooperation to email out the promotion we give you, post the hard copy version if possible and generally get the word out. We have a no-charge contract we use which spells these thing out in detail but it’s not much more then what you see here.

Who are the doctors?

Our doctors are some of the finest professionals in their fields and amongst the very best in the New York Metropolitan area.  They reputations are excellent and we are happy to give you the names of those attending weeks in advance of the event if you wish to do your own research.
The doctors and assistants that attend our events are also well mannered, polite, and friendly but also engaging and interesting so invite employee participation. There is a strict code of conduct and our Event Manager is there to overall supervise to ensure this standard is upheld.

Is everyone covered with Insurance?

Yes, all Health and Wellness exhibitors are covered with Liability Insurance and the doctor’s offices represented also are covered by the Workman’s Compensation Insurance laws.
As an overall umbrella Corporate Wellness Solutions is also covered as above.
However, as a note in almost 1,000 events done to date there has never had to been a claim filed for any reason. 

Can I do more than one event per year?

Absolutely. Depending on your employee population we can do up to 4 or 5 different event per year. For companies with 100 employees and up we can do one event per Quarter for example; a Health Fair Q1, Massage Day Q2, Lunch and Learn Q3 and a Pamper Me, Biometrics testing  or second Massage Day in Q4.

There must be some hidden costs. What are they?

There really aren’t. Unless you want to provide bottled water or soft drinks or some additional food for the employees (optional on your part) our business model is not to work on fees from the companies and organizations we work for. The event is sponsored by the doctors that attend and Corporate Wellness Solutions is funded in that way.
Therefore, other than the optional fee for services in the Biometrics Screening or Pamper Me Day events we do not charge a fee from Corporate Wellness Solutions to your company or organization.
It’s one of those beautiful things in life that just works for everyone involved!
